1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kicautoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at kicautoto.cam (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content provided through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and promotional offers.

By creating a kicautoto account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

All players are expected to use the Platform in good faith, in accordance with these Terms, and in compliance with the laws applicable to them in their country or territory of residence.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on the kicautoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. kicautoto is strictly an adults-only platform. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts immediately closed and all deposits returned, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal persons are not eligible to register as Players.
3. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kicautoto or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such persons.
5. You must not be a self-excluded player under any active self-exclusion arrangement with kicautoto or any other gaming operator from which kicautoto is legally obligated to enforce exclusion.
6. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & Security

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the kicautoto Platform at any given time. Registration of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. kicautoto reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify the accuracy of the information you have provided at any time.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify kicautoto support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.

kicautoto will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. Transactions completed before kicautoto is notified of any security breach will be deemed valid and binding.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

kicautoto accepts deposits through a range of payment methods including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument that is registered in your own name. kicautoto does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Players who deposit funds originating from a payment method not registered to them will have their withdrawal requests held pending a full investigation.

Key deposit terms are as follows:

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 (or cryptocurrency equivalent as stated on the deposit page).
• Currency: All account balances are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
• Processing Time: Deposits via e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX) are typically credited instantly. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and may take 10–60 minutes depending on network conditions.
• Deposit Fees: kicautoto does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which kicautoto bears no responsibility.

kicautoto reserves the right to request proof of payment source at any time. Players who are unable to satisfactorily verify the source of deposited funds may have their withdrawal requests suspended or permanently declined.

6 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

Players must complete KYC identity verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. KYC is a one-time process. Required documentation typically includes a valid government-issued identity document (Malaysian IC / MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of address issued within the past 3 months, and, where required, a selfie holding the identity document.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following general conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account or instrument registered in the same name as the kicautoto Player Account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is under 5 minutes for KYC-verified accounts in good standing. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
• kicautoto reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that exceed defined thresholds or that exhibit unusual patterns.
• Where a Player has received bonus funds, any applicable wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• kicautoto may deduct a processing fee from withdrawals in excess of three (3) withdrawal requests in any 24-hour period, as published on the Platform's withdrawal page.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

kicautoto may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, VIP rewards, and other incentive programs to eligible Players. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the Platform at the time the promotion is active. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus terms apply across all kicautoto promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering / Rollover Requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x) is stated on each promotion page.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: When bonus funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per spin or hand is RM250. Placing bets above this limit may result in the immediate cancellation of the applicable bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain other game categories may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are published on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not wagered within the stated validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of credit, as stated per promotion) will be automatically removed from the Player's account along with any winnings generated therefrom.
• Bonus Abuse: kicautoto actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registration of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, use of automated betting patterns to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, and fraudulent referral activity. Players found engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses and winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
• Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, maximum withdrawal from a bonus-derived balance is capped at a multiple of the bonus value as stated in the relevant promotion terms.

kicautoto reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, all pending wagering requirements will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the kicautoto Platform are governed by the specific game or sports market rules applicable at the time the bet is placed. The following general betting rules apply across the Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, amounts, and conditions before confirming any wager.
• In the event of a technical error or system malfunction that results in the incorrect settlement of a bet, kicautoto reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes.

• kicautoto reserves the right to limit the maximum bet or maximum payout on any single wager or series of wagers at its sole discretion, particularly where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• All odds and payouts quoted are inclusive of stake unless expressly stated otherwise.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, kicautoto's determination — based on its records and the applicable game or market rules — shall be final and binding.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kicautoto Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bets, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any form of fraudulent activity including use of stolen or unauthorised payment methods, identity fraud, or misrepresentation of personal details.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing of hole cards, agreeing outcomes, or other forms of coordinated play.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, macros, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or any technical malfunction on the Platform for financial gain.
• Money Laundering: Using the kicautoto Platform as a mechanism for laundering funds derived from illegal activity. kicautoto is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Prohibited Jurisdictions: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, whether through VPN, proxy, or any other obfuscation method.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the kicautoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of kicautoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution, or public display of any Platform content without express written consent from kicautoto.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the Platform software.

• Use of any kicautoto trademarks, trade names, or branding in any manner that could cause confusion or suggest association without express written consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kicautoto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Interruptions, errors, inaccuracies, or delays in the Platform's operation arising from circumstances beyond kicautoto's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or third-party payment processor downtime.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform, including where such information is subsequently found to contain an error.

kicautoto's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits kicautoto's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Responsible Gambling

kicautoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is designed for adult entertainment only and is not intended to be used as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Account Settings section. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

kicautoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Conduct that kicautoto deems harmful to other players, the Platform, or to the reputation of kicautoto.
• Account inactivity — accounts with zero balance that have not been accessed for a period of 12 consecutive months may be closed. Players will be notified prior to closure.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or from a regulatory authority.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kicautoto may, at its discretion, retain any balance in the account as partial compensation for losses suffered as a result of the breach. Where a closure is made for other reasons, real-money fund balances (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be returned to the Player via their last known payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any open bets will be void and real-money balances returned.

14 Amendments to These Terms

kicautoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kicautoto will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Players by publishing a notice on the Platform or by sending an email notification to the address registered on the Player's Account.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those amendments. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which kicautoto is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and kicautoto, the Player is encouraged to first raise the matter with kicautoto's customer support team, who will endeavour to reach an amicable resolution within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the governing regulatory body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
